Does Celebrities in India have freedom to express their opinion or not?

First Sharukh Khan and now Amir Khan came in the news for showing their concern over the situation of intolerance created in India.

Amir Khan Amir had attended the award function and there journalist asked him about his view for intolerance created in India.

Amir replied that his wife Kiran was concerned about the situation and sometimes asked that whether they could shift to another country. This statement was deliberately distorted by the media and many people started condemning Amir.

Amir further said that all those people who were calling him anti-national, he would like to say that he was proud to be Indian, and he did not need anyone's permission or endorsement for that.  He said that many people shouted obscenities at him for speaking his heart out, it gave him sad feeling that it only proved his point. The people who had stood by him, he would like to thank them.

Amir said that he would like to protect India, beautiful and unique country and would really stands for it. said that all Indians had the duty to protect India’s integrity, diversity, in its culture, languages, religion and history. India’s tolerance, love, sensitivity in its emotional strength.

Global warming is bringing climatic change

Global warming is the condition when there is an increase in the surface temperature of the Earth due to Greenhouse effect.

What is Greenhouse effect?

Greenhouse effect means solar radiation that reaches the Earth's atmosphere. Around 1/3 of the solar energy that reaches the top of Earth’s atmosphere is reflected directly back to the space. The remaining 2/3 is absorbed by the ozone layer (O3) layer surrounding the earth surface, keeping the Earth warm.



There is a presence of greenhouse gases such as water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, and ozone trap the energy to sustain life. Dengue: Causes, Symptoms and prevention

Dengue is the infectious disease that is caused by dengue virus. This virus is transmitted by the bite from the Aedes aegypti female mosquito. It usually bites during a daytime, i.e., after sunrise and before sunset. This mosquito can bite at any place whether inside or outside of the home.
It is estimated that around 50-100 million people get infected by Dengue virus per year worldwide.
These mosquitoes generally breed in water containers and rarely fly more than 200 meters from the breeding site. It has been researched that these mosquitos do not breed in creeks, swamps, pools or other bodies of water.
The main causes of Dengue are as follows:

• The increase in the urban population that led to more sites for mosquitoes to develop.
• International travelers who are travelling from the areas where dengue already spread to the areas that are not infected by dengue virus.
• Environmental Changes that led Aedes mosquitoes to survive in the winter months.

How Dengue spread?
Dengue does not spread either of human interaction or mosquito bite alone, but it spread with the help of both the mosquito and the human. Initially, female Aedes bites an individual who has been infected with a dengue virus, the mosquito thus become a carrier of the virus. If the same mosquito bites some other individual, those individuals also get infected with the dengue virus.

2. We should do acts of kindness to repay the favors of others in a same coin. We should return evil for evil in which there is no sin, for it is necessary to pay a clever man in his own coin.

3. The thing that appears to be impossible can be attained by religious austerity as nothing can surpass austerity.

4. Greediness is considered as worst vice. Defaming the other person is considered as worst sin. The person who has a clean heart does not need to go for pilgrimage. If one has a good nature than there is no need of other virtues. If the person has a fame than there is no need of other ornamentation. There is no need of the wealth for the person of practical knowledge. And if a person is dishonored, it is considered worse than the death.

5. The sea is considered as reservoir of all jewels and the father of the conch shell, and the Goddess Lakshmi is considered as conch’s sister. Still the beggars carry conch for begging alms from door to door for alms. It is thus true, what the person is doing is important than the status of hid parents or siblings.

3. Who is there in the world who after becoming rich is not proudy?  There is no immoral person in the world that can put an end to his calamities. There is no man in the world who has not been overwhelmed by a woman. There is no one in the world who has not been overcome by the ravages of time. There is no beggar in the world, who has not attained the glory. No one can become happy by contracting the vices of the wicked.

4. A man attains fame by his merits, not simply by occupying a high official seat. Can we call a crow an eagle (garuda) simply because he sits on the top of a tall building?

5. The person is regarded as praiseworthy, even though he may not possess any merit.  However, the man who sings his own praises lowers his value in front of others even though he is Indra (the possessor of all excellences) himself.

6. If a man with patience shows the good qualities than the brilliance of his qualities will be recognized as a gem, which is bright and shines when fixed in an ornament of gold.

7.  The man with the good qualities cannot prove himself unless and until he has support. It is same way gem get recognition of its shine when it is studded in the gold ornaments.

8. One should not deserve that wealth which is attained by transgressing the rules of virtue, or by flattering an enemy.

9. Those who were not satisfied with the enjoyment of wealth, food and women have all passed away; now also they are passing away, and in the future also, they will pass away unsatisfied.

10. All charities and sacrifices performed for the positive gain bring only temporary results, but the charities made to the needy persons shall never perish.

11. A grass blade is light, cotton is lighter than it, and the beggar is lightest of all the three. The wind can carry grass blade, cotton but does not carry the beggar along with it.  Because, the wind fears that he may ask alms from him.

12. One should die than to live its life by incurring disgrace every day. The loss of life causes grief that lightens up with time, but disgrace brings grief that is equivalent to the feeling of death each day.

4. Although the person who has dirty teeth, wears dirty clothes, speaks unkind words may be the greatest personality but soon will lose the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi.

5. The importance of wealth is such that if man loses it than he is forsaken by his friends, his wife, his servants and his relations. When he regains it then those who have forsaken him return him. Hence wealth can certainly create and retain best of relations.

6. He acquired wealth may remain for ten years; in the eleventh year it disappears with even the original stock.

7. If the person acquired wealth sinfully for ten years; in the eleventh year it disappears with even the original stock of money.

8. Nobody say anything wrong to a great men if they commit any bad action. If a low-class man perform any good action comes to be condemned.

9. A meal that remain after it is given to Brahman is considered a true meal. Love which is cherished for one's own self is not the true love rather the love that is shown to others is true love. 1. Any person is suffering from poverty, disease, sorrow, imprisonment, is just because of the result of its own sins.

3. Collective grass can wards off erosion caused by heavy rainfall, same way enemies can be overcome by the union of large numbers.

4. Oil on water, the secret to a shrewd, gift to a needy receiver and scriptural instructions given to intelligent men spread out as its nature.

5. One could not attain liberation when one retain the same state of mind as before while hearing religious instructions in crematorium ground, and when in sickness.

6. If a person feels the same way before and after the repentance than how it can attain the perfection.

7. One who don’t feel pride in doing following things such as charity, self- control, bravery, scriptural knowledge, politeness, and morality are the rarest gems.

8.  It is quite possible that the person who is far away from us might remain in our mind, and the person who is very near to us might not remain in our heart.

9. One should speak sweetly to the person who is granting favor to him or her. The situation can be the same as the hunter sings sweetly when he desires to shoot a deer.

10. We can ruin ourselves if we are befriended with the king, fire, the religious preceptor, and a woman. But, if we are indifferent to king, fire, the religious preceptor, and a woman than we are depriving ourselves of getting a benefit of the association.

11. We should always take precaution while dealing with fire, water, women, foolish people, serpents, and members of a royal family as they may bring death to us.

12. The person who is virtuous and pious is considered as living, but the life of a person is considered as void of blessings who is destitute of religion and virtues.

13. One can gain control of the world by performing one single deed than one has to keep five sense organs ( eyes, ears, nose, tongue and skin) and five senses ( sound, smell, taste, touch and see); and five bodyparts (hands, legs, mouth, genitals and anus) under his/her control.

14. The person who has the knowledge, speaks according to the situation, renders loving service according to its ability and the one who knows the limits of its anger.

15. One single woman appears different to different people such as she appears as a carcass, for a person who practices severe penance, for a lusty person, she appears as an object to which he can have sex and for dogs, she appears as lump of meat.

1) A person may live for a moment but he or she should spent that moment in doing some auspicious deeds. Otherwise it is useless if one live for 43 billion years and bringing only distress.

2) One should have grudges for what is past, nor should we be anxious about the future; one should only deal with the present moment.

3) It is the nature of the people of good character, demigods and parents can be easily pleased. Kith & Kin are pleased when they receive hospitably along with food drink, and bathing; Spiritual teacher is pleased with an opportunity for giving spiritual discourse.

4) The five things are predicated for the unborn baby in the womb of his mother are as follows: life destiny, life span, major events of life, acquisition of wealth &knowledge, and the time of death.

5) It is surprising as the doings of the great people are strange, they treat wealth as light as a straw and when they obtain it, they bend under its weight.

6) The person who is desperately attached to his or her family members will experience sorrow and fear. This attachment can lead to the grief. It is advisable that to remain happy, one need not attach to worldly people and desires.

7) The person who cleverly prepared for the future can easily dealwith any situation remain happy; but the person who is sitting idle wholly depends on luck is ruined.

8) If the king is righteous, then the subjects are also righteous. If the king is wicked, then the subjects also become wicked. If he is average, then the subjects are also average. The subjects follow the example of the king. In short, as is the king so are the subjects.

9) According to the Chanakya the person who does not act religiously is considered as dead though living, but the person who dies acting religiously indisputably lives long in the mind of the fellow beings though the person is dead.

10) The person who has not assimilated moral values, wealth, worldly desires nor salvation lives aruthless life, like the nipples hanging from the neck of a goat.

11) The heart of lower mentality people burn before the fire of other's fame, and they feel insulted that they were unable to reach such a high position.

12) Excessive attachment to the pleasure of senses leads to bondage, and detachment from the pleasure of senses leads to the salvation; therefore it is the mind alone that is responsible for salvation or bondage.

1. The man is said to be blessed if his house has heavenly atmosphere and his wife speaks sweetly and he feels happy in her company.  His sons are talented and servants are obedient. In his house supreme god is worshipped daily and the delicious food and drinks are taken. Apart from this, he finds happiness in the company of the devotees.

2. The person who give donation to Brahmana in distress will be benefited tremendously.

3. The men who are happy in this world are liberal towards their relatives, nice to strangers, shrewd behavior with the wicked, love to the good people, respect the elders and strict with the wife.

4. The person is considered as Jackal whose hands are never used to give donation, whose ears never listened the voice of learning, whose eyes never seen the real devotee of the God, who never visited holy places and the person whose stomach is filled with food that he had obtained by unfair means.

5. The people who don’t have devotion to the krishna’s feet, disinterested in listening the glories of Radha and adventures of Krishna, the sound of mridanga(musical instrument) disrespect  such persons.

6. Spring is unable to bring leaves on Bamboo tree, Sunlight is unable to give sight to the owl in the day, and raindrops unable to fall in the mouth of Chetek similarly no one is able to erase what is already written in your fate.

7.  A shrewd person may get virtuous qualities in the company of devotees but devotee does not imbibe bad qualities if remain in the company of wicked people.  The earth is scented by a fragrance of the flowers but flower does not contact the smell of the earth.

8. One is blessed by the glimpse of the devotee as they have the ability to purify quickly whereas sacred pilgrimage gives purity only after long contact with these places.

9. A stranger asked first question to the Brahman that to tell him that what he considered as great and the Brahman replied palmyra trees. Second question stranger asked to the Brahman that whom he considered as the most charitable person and Brahamana replied the washer by  whom clothes were taken and returned back.  Third question he asked is whom he considered as the most able person than Brahman replied that everyone who were expert in grabbing other’s wives and money. Last question he asked Brahman that how he could manage to live in such city than Brahman replied that he was residing in a same way as the worm was living in the filthy place.

10. The house where feet of Brahmans are not washed, Vedic mantras are not recited loudly, holy sacrificial activities are not performed is considered as Crematorium.

11. It is said that when the sage is asked about his family than he answered that truth is his mother, spiritual knowledge is his father, right conduct is his brother, mercy is his friend, inner peace is his wife, and forgiveness is his son.

12. Our bodies are not permanent and is evitable to death anytime. Therefore we must not waste time and spent it with doing good acts.

13. Arjuna said to Krishna that as the Brahmans rejoices in having feast, cows feel happy in eating tender grass, and wives feel happy in the company of their husbands.

14. The person who regards other person’s wife as his mother, the wealth of other person is as mud, feel empathize for the other person when he is in sorrow or when he is in joy and see everything in the right perspective is the true teacher.

15. Sage Vashishta praised Ram for his love towards the moral values, doing  charitable acts, transparent dealings with the friends, pure conduct, modesty in the presence of the teacher, calmness of the mind, acquired the knowledge of Hindu epics ‘Shastras’.

3.The goad controlled the elephant even though goad was not as large as elephant similarly lighted candle can help in overcoming the darkness, but the candle is small with respect to the darkness. The Thunderbolt can break a big mountain. From all such cases, we can conclude power matters more than the size.

4. The person who is drenched in the family life can never obtain knowledge; the non-vegetarian person does not have mercy; the greedy man will not be honest; women or a hunter will not be ever found pure.

5. The clever person will not attain the holiness, even if he is taught in many ways same as Neem tree will never become sweet even if the whole tree is sprinkled with milk & ghee.

6. Dirt that is deposited in the mind cannot be washed even by taking the bath hundred times in the sacred water. It is same as wine pot that cannot be purified even by evaporating all the wine by the fire.

7. It is not surprising that the person does not show any gratefulness for which he has no knowledge same as wild hunter’s wife throws the pearl that she found at the head of the elephant and instead picked up rural seed as her ornament.

8. The people who eat their meal silently for one year than that can attain to the planets for ten millions of years.

9.  The student should completely renounce their lust, greed, anger, beautification, excessive sleep or excessive efforts to maintain the body.

10. The person is true Brahman, who takes one meal daily and six purification acts such as garbhadhana and who have a sexual relationship once in a month.

1. One who is poor is not considered as poor as the one who does not have knowledge.

2. We should careful while walking as by chance we do not step on the dirt or insects. Similarly, we should try to drink clean water and speak the words as recommended by Shastras and perform our actions after the consideration of its positive & negative thoughts.

3. The people who desire comfort forget about acquiring knowledge. The people who desire knowledge forget about their comfort. The person who has knowledge has all the comforts.

4. There is nothing that can escape from the imagination of the poet. No act is there that a woman is incapable of doing. No prated words left that cannot be expected by drunkard and nothing is there that a crow cannot eat.

5. Luck can play the big game that it can make king the beggar and the beggar a king.

6. The miser’s enemy is a beggar, for a fool good counselor is the greatest enemy, Husband is the enemy for a disloyal wife, and in the same way the moon is the enemy of the thief.

7.  Those that don’t have the knowledge, penance, good virtues, and humility are  burden on the Earth.

8. The person who is empty-minded cannot be benefited by any pieces of advice as Bamboo at Malaya Mountain cannot acquire the quality of sandalwood.

9.  The person cannot take the advantage of scriptures if he or she does not have common sense. Similarly, a blind man cannot take the advantage of the mirror.

10. A bad man cannot be reformed as body’s posterior part cannot become a superior part even though it has washed hundred times.

11. By annoying your relatives, you can lose your life. By annoying others you can lose your wealth, by annoying the king, one can lose everything and if someone annoys Brahma it can ruin family.

12. It is better to stay under a tree in the forest occupied by tigers where you can have fruits and vegetables to eat, grass to lie down, tree barks to wear. It is better to live there than to live in the relative’s home in the time of poverty.

13. The Brahmin is considered as a tree, his prayers are depicted as roots, and when he recite Vedas, it can be considered as branches and his religious acts as the leaves.

14. Lakshmi is my mother and Vishnu is my father and relatives are Vishnu’s devotees, and homeland is all the three worlds.

3. Nobody recommended Lord Brahma, the creator to provide fragrance to the gold, fruit to the sugarcane, flowers to the sandalwood tree, prosperity to the learned, and longevity to the king.
4. Amrita (Immortal Nectar) is considered as best medicine, enjoying best food is considered as best materialistic happiness, in all sense organs eye is considered at the top and head attained the main position among all body parts.
5. There is no massager that can fly in the sky and no information can be passed from the sky. The Brahmin that can predict solar or lunar eclipse is acknowledged as learned man.
6. Seven people such as student, hungry person, expeditor, scared person and financial guard and the steward as these people and need to be awake, in case they fell asleep.
7. These seven: The snake, the emperor, the tiger, the stinging insects, young babies, dog and the fool need not be disturbed in the sleep.
8. The person who have studied important Vedas to fulfill their materialistic rewards and accepts food offered by lower caste would not have any kind of strength. They are the snakes without the poisonous tooth.
9. He who cannot create fear by his anger or he who cannot do any kind of favor can neither be controlled nor protected. He is not able to do anything.
10. The snake raises his hood to frighten people, no matter whether it is poisonous or not.

1. Wealth is desired by lower class men, wealth, & respect by middle class men whereas noble man’s true wealth is honor.

2. Lamp burns to take away the darkness and becomes itself dark. In the same way, our diet whether it is satvic, rajasic and tamasic can decide the nature of our thoughts.

3. Wise men disperse their wealth to needy people not to the others. Clouds give Rainwater that is sweet. The rainwater facilitates the growth of the movable and immovable products and then returns to the ocean.

4. The intelligent man thinks that the non- vegetarian are lower than that of the thousand lower class people. Indeed there is no one is as lowest as the non –vegetarian.

5. When one rub oil on its body, attended the funeral, had sexual intercourse or shave is considered as beast. Unless and until taken a bath.

6. Indigestion’s best medicine is water, if it is taken after the digestion of the food. When water is taken as soon as the food is eaten, it acts as
the poison.

7. knowledge is waste when it is not put into the practice, a person is lost due to lack of knowledge; an army cannot win without a commander; and a woman is lost without a husband.

8. A man who encounter any or all of the three following situations such as when wife died in old age, money goes in the hands of the relatives, dependency for food on others are considered as unfortunate.

9. There is requirement of chanting Vedas along with the sacrifices through the medium of the fire for the plentiful gifts. Perfection can only be achieved through the devotion and the devotion is basis of all success.

10. There is no penance equivalent to balanced mind; no happiness equivalent to contentment, no disease is equivalent to cleverness and no virtue is equivalent to mercy.

1. An intelligent man should not disclose his financial loss, the displeasure of his mind, the misbehavior of his own wife, bad words spoken by others and the humiliation that he has got.

2. He who gives up bashfulness in monetary dealings, in acquisition of knowledge, in eating and in business becomes cheerful.

3. The joy & peace of mind can be attained by those who are satisfied by the nectar of spiritual calmness rather than those who are greedy and impatiently moving here & there.

4. Man should feel satisfied with the three things that is his own wife, food given by fate, wealth acquired by his honest efforts but he should never feel satisfied with the amount he studies, chant the name of almighty and doing charitable work.

5. One should never pass between the two brahmans, between a brahman & the fire, between a husband & her wife, master and his servant, and an ox and a plough.

6. Never touch your mentor, Brahman, cow, virgin, old person and a child with your foot.

7. Try to keep the distance of 457.2 meters away from an elephant, a 45.72 meters away from a horse, 4.5 meters away from a horned beast, but keep away from the wicked by leaving the country.

Should Divorced parents be given shared custody of minor children or not?

The Law Commission of India is an ad hoc body introduced in 1834 by British Government to reform the law in India. Its role has been critical and advisory for the government's law policies. There has been Nineteenth Law Commission and now is Twentieth Law Commission. The Twentieth Law Commission is for the years 2012-15.
                              
On 22.5.15, Law Commission of India introduced the bill to amend the bill for Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 and the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890.
Commission recommended in the bill about the shared custody of the minor children. It means neither the father nor the mother claims the custody of the children. It will be decided on the basis of the welfare of the children.

The recommendations of the law commission are to can be new in India. According to them, though it is new but it is necessary to bring changes in the law to adapt to the changes with modern social considerations. It is also in line with Article 14 of the Constitution. CHOPTA – THE MOST UNEXPLORED HILL-STATION OF INDIA

Chopta is a hill station situated at Uttrakhand in India at the altitude of 2700 meters in Rudraprayag district. It is clean comparatively to other hill stations as it remain unexplored by many people. Many visitors to Chopta start their journey from Ukhimath. From there they trek down the distance of 3 km to Sari village. From the village,  they have to cover the distance of 30 km of dense forest and reach Chopta. HEIGHTS OF THE JEALOUSY OF A WOMAN

‘Acid attack’ whenever we heard of this name, we have a image that male has thrown acid on a female but the recent case of Dana Vulin has forced us design another image. It desined the image of hilarious crime when the female victimized another female by the acid attack.

Dana was a beautiful bubbly girl who has the ability to turn heads of the others wherever she moves. She was always particular about her looks and generous about her  money,  effort, time and everything. 

Dana started talking with a divorced man and exchanged flirty messages. Their relationship was not beyoond that. Later, she realized that he had not given divorce, in fact still technically married to Natalie Dimitrovska. Though, recently they are separated.

Natalie Dimitrovska when came to know about the affair of her husband with Dana, she became jealous. One day, she visited Dana home to know whereabouts of her husband. Dana replied she was not aware of what she was talking about. Natalie was high on drugs. Furiously she roused her with methylated spirit while she was holding lamp used for smoking crystal meth and set her on fire. She came out from Dana house happily as she accomplished her mission of destroying the life of Dana.  Later she realized the repercussion and tried to flee from the country but her efforts went in vain when she was caught from the Perth Airport.

Dana tried to put the water on her body, but she realized that water had created the adverse attack on her body that was burnt by chemicals. Later she yelled at the top of her voice and neighbours came in for rescue. They immediately called an ambulance and escorted her to the hospital, where she was put on induced coma. Doctors told her that she got 60% burn on her body. Recovery would be slow, painful and with the complications. Apart from this Dana was diagnosed with cervical cancer during her last two years of recovery.

Should Muslim Girls wear a veil?

I had a conversation with one Muslim girl whose name was Aliya, in the metro that was going towards Lajpat Nagar in Delhi, India.

Aliya was wearing a Veil / Burka. I asked her the reason why she was wearing Burkha then she replied that many Muslim girls were wearing Burkha but many were not wearing it. All depends upon their personal feelings, circumstances and upbringing.

Aliya further told me about the benefits she could achieve by wearing Burkha

• Get respected by males as they could easily understand that she was not that kind girl with whom they could go out for dates in clubs or pubs. Many times males, even the Non Muslim males open door for her and cleared the path for her and provide any assistance if required.

• Reminded her of duties such as that she should become a better person with a good behavior attitude. She would keep her rage under control and would like to be kind and forgiving, in complicated or tricky situations.

• Relieved when fully covered as she was protected from the lustful eyes of some hilarious males who make unneccery comments on the girls.

Aliya said that she was a journalist residing in the USA where Burkha never came in the way of her success, but instead made her more comfortable as she interacted in society and in her community.
